ETABS Version 9 - Integrated Building Design Software

For nearly 30 years ETABS has been recognized as the industry standard for Building Analysis and Design Software. Today, continuing in the same tradition, ETABS has evolved into a completely Integrated Building Analysis and Design Environment.

 ETABS – Level 1

FM has designed this course in such a way that even the beginner ETABS user will have no problem following along. All of the examples that we present will be drawn from scratch to exhibit the most general and common modeling techniques mentioned above.

Course Objectives:

·         Perform analysis for any high rising building.

·         Design different element if building ( walls, beams, columns ) using different codes ( ACI, BSC, etc ) by program

·         Introduction to ETABS

·         How to model a high rising building

·         Analysis of a high rising building

·         Define is seismic and wind loads

·         Design of Vertical elements and Beams using ETAB program
